These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SayAllAI (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the website https://sayallai.com. By accessing or using SayAllAI, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you must stop using the service.

1. Service Description

SayAllAI is an online service that generates letters using artificial intelligence based on the information you provide. Outputs are automatically generated digital content, delivered instantly.

SayAllAI does not provide legal, financial or professional advice. Generated content should be reviewed before use and adapted to your situation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use SayAllAI.

If you use SayAllAI on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Use of the Service

3.1. Your Inputs

You are responsible for the text you provide to the platform. You must not submit:

  • Unlawful or harmful content
  • Personal data of others without permission
  • Content related to criminal activity
  • Highly sensitive data (medical, biometric, financial ID numbers)

3.2. Generated Outputs

You receive AI-generated content based on your inputs. We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy
  • Legal compliance
  • Fitness for any specific purpose
  • Expected results when sending letters to institutions

You acknowledge that generated content may contain errors or require personal judgment.

3.3. Limits and Fair Use

Free use limits may apply (e.g., number of drafts, preview blurring, 15 global free generations, hourly locks). Attempting to bypass these limits is prohibited.

4. Payments

Paid features are processed securely through Stripe. When purchasing, you agree to provide accurate billing information.

4.1. Instant Delivery

All purchases are for instant digital content. Once full versions of letters are unlocked, the service is considered delivered.

4.2. Prices

Prices are displayed in your selected currency (GBP/USD/EUR). Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout.

4.3. Chargebacks

Unjustified chargebacks are treated as misuse. We may provide evidence to payment processors.

5. Refund Policy

Because SayAllAI provides instant digital content that becomes accessible immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not available.

Exceptions may apply only if required by law or in cases of confirmed technical failure on our side.

6. Privacy

Your use of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process your data, including AI processing and payments.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use SayAllAI for illegal activity
  • Distribute harmful or malicious content
  • Copy or reverse engineer the platform
  • Manipulate systems to bypass payment or generation limits
  • Use outputs as legal or official documentation

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, code, design and platform logic belong to SayAllAI. You may use generated content freely for personal or professional communication, but you may not resell, redistribute or market it as your own service.

9. Availability and Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service without notice, including:

  • Draft limits
  • Preview system
  • Pricing
  • Features
  • Supported languages

We are not responsible for downtime caused by hosting, Stripe, OpenAI or external providers.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee:

  • No errors in generated content
  • Continuous availability
  • Compatibility with all devices
  • Fitness for legal, financial or professional use

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SayAllAI is not liable for:

  • Any losses arising from your use of generated content
  • Missed opportunities, damages or claims based on AI output errors
  • Service interruptions
  • Misuse of the platform

Total liability shall never exceed the amount you paid for the relevant transaction.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, regardless of your location. For users in the United States, certain rights under CPRA and contract law may also apply.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service. The new version becomes effective immediately upon publication.
